Sam Biddle writing for The Intercept made an important discovery last week.  Biddle found that Facebook’s “Success Stories” Page no longer contain a link to how they dominate electoral outcomes on what had been their “Government and Politics” section.

Facebook screenshots from June 2017, left, and March 2018, right, show that the social network removed its “Government and Politics” section.

Biddle postulates that:

“In the wake of a public reckoning with Facebook’s unparalleled ability to distribute information and global anxiety over election meddling, bragging about the company’s ability to run highly effective influence campaigns probably doesn’t look so great.”

With most people getting their information from the Deep State controlled media they aren’t aware of how they’ve been manipulated by the Internet.

More than a year ago we reported on the work of research psychologist Robert Epstein who first studied the incredible powers social media has to influence elections.

Epstein found that Google and Facebook each had the power through their algorithms “to shift the voting preferences of voters by 20% or more – up to 80% in some demographic groups – with virtually no one knowing they are being manipulated.”

Among the case studies that were delisted along with Facebook’s purge of it’s Government and Politics page was Florida Governor Rick Scott’s successful re-election campaign that wouldn’t have been possible without the 22% increase in Hispanic support that the social media manipulator was able to deliver.

Similarly purged was Facebook’s work with the Scottish National Party that was credited for “triggering a landslide.”

On Friday night’s show Tucker Carlson interviewed Robert Epstein where they discussed what else his research has revealed to him about the powers of Facebook and Google:

“Well Tucker, I’ve been studying this very carefully now for more than five years with multiple randomized controlled experiments around the world, four national elections and I can tell you we should be paranoid because what Google and Facebook can do is really mind boggling.

“Our experiments show that Google can take a fifty-fifty split among undivided voters and change it into a ninety-ten split with no one knowing that they’ve been manipulated and without leaving a paper trail for the authorities to follow.”

After Tucker asks how they can do this, Mr. Epstein explained how:

“It has to do with those search suggestions.  Literally from the very first character you type into the search bar you are being manipulated.  We’ve done sixteen months of research now and in sixteen months of research we have all the details.  We know exactly how this works.

“So they’ve got the search suggestions that people are just oblivious to and of course the search results down below.  We know from our five years of work on search results that just by putting those in a certain order, which people really can’t see, just by favoring one candidate over another with the search result that can easily produce shifts among undecided voters of 20% or more, up to 80% in some demographic groups.  Again, with no one aware that this is occurring.”

Facebook’s manipulation of the political landscape is even more nefarious and, to those of us who know what they do, far more obvious.  They simply silence those voices that they disagree with by using their algorithms to downgrade traffic to those sites by 90% or more.

They also allow bots to “run up the score” so liberal websites appear in trending topics.

And then there’s their deliberate dissemination of their user’s personal information for political campaigns that they are sympathetic to.  The person who managed Obama’s cyber re-election campaign efforts, Carol Davidsen revealed that last weekend:

Imagine the potential Artificial Intelligence (AI) holds for those who are determined to control mankind, or win elections.  If the search suggestions can be manipulated to be unique to your user profile after a single keystroke but based on your personal profile just how detailed is that personal profile?  What if every search and every website you ever entered has been building your personal profile since you first sat at a computer?

That possibility led Elon Musk to say:

“With artificial intelligence we are summoning the demon. In all those stories where there’s the guy with the pentagram and the holy water, it’s like – yeah, he’s sure he can control the demon. Doesn’t work out.”

Musk, a brilliant tech entrepreneur, is often likened to Marvel’s Iron Man hero, Tony Stark.  He maintains investments in AI research for the purpose of “keeping an eye on what’s going on”, rather than for a viable return on capital.

Likewise, Peter Thiel, a billionaire venture capitalist and conservative supporter of President Trump – he was given a prized speaking spot at the RNC when Trump accepted the nomination – has grown disgusted with what he sees as Facebook’s one-sided political biases.

Thiel holds a seat on Facebook’s Board of Directors and is concerned that the company’s provably biased manipulations of its platform have significantly raised the prospects that they’ll soon be regulated by Congress, which would devastate the stock’s value.

When Mark Zuckerberg was asked if Facebook had influenced the outcome of the 2016 presidential election, the founder and CEO dismissed the notion that the site even had such power as “crazy.” The remark was as disingenuous as this one from Barack Obama:

“Of course the election would not be rigged.  What does that mean?  The federal government doesn’t run the election process.  States and cities and communities all across the country they’re the ones who set up the voting systems and the voting booths.  If Mr. Trump is suggesting that there is a conspiracy theory that is being propagated across the country including in places like Texas where typically it’s not Democrats who are in charge of the voting booths, that’s ridiculous, that doesn’t make any sense.”

All the while Obama knew exactly how the conspiracy was being conducted in States and cities and communities all across the country.  The conspiracy was being conducted on the computers and mobile devices of every American with a Facebook account.

Obama knew this because his campaign’s conspiracy with Google and Facebook made him president in 2008 and 2012.
